preparation
Blanch the eggs and sugar.
Add the vanilla extract.
Sift flour with baking powder and make a fountain.
Cut the butter into small cubes and put it in the middle of the fountain.

After a few minutes, the flour makes a texture reminiscent of sand and a yellowish color.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
