 180g sugar
 180g flour

method

Preheat oven to 210 °
Sift flour
Break the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar.


The heat over low heat until the mixture foams

gradually stir in the flour and mix

Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin on two-thirds of its height.

Bake for 25 minutes all.
