ingredient
1 kg of flour
400g milk
200g egg
20g salt
30g yeast
  150g sugar
200g butter


methode

Take the butter in advance to make it 'pomade'.

Dissolve the yeast in the milk.
 Mix the flour with the salt,
mix mixing milk / yeast, eggs and sugar.
Knead 5 minutes slow robot,
10 minutes and average speed.

Add butter and knead until well incorporated.
