Nectarines and Mint Lassi

Ingredients
500 gr of flesh of white nectarine (Epluchees and denauyotees).
5 g of leaf of mint fresh and washed.
170 g of plain yogurt.
25 g sugar meal.
100 ml of semi-skimmed milk.
A few mint leaves to decorate.

Preparation
Wash and Peel nectarines.
Cut the fruit into chunks in a metered dose inhaler pitcher.
Add the other ingredients and fresh mint.
With the help of a mixer hand, mix for 40 seconds a average speed to obtain a smooth and no foam consistency.
Pour into glasses and decorate according to your inspiration.

Advice
This drink is drunk very fresh and can be prepared a little in advance.
Use fruits which once mixed keep a certain consistency.
